Kathy Pagliei

As a wife and mother in a family with a strong Italian heritage my husband and three grown sons have been preparing me for this career for years. I have a Bachelor degree in hospitality that looks great on paper, but it's been my Italian upbringing in a large family that enjoys lots of entertaining that has made me a diva of festive occasions and party planning.

I love escorting our cruise groups because I'm comfortable hosting a dozen family parties every year where the "short list is about 60 people. And, when I travel I use the entire ship to host a week-long party and the crew knows "everyone of my guests is my family."

Who wouldn't love a job traveling with people having fun; I enjoy cruises and my time a sea, I love meeting wonderful, interesting people.

Working at Accessible Journeys I've learned the only limitation is our imagination. The challenge is deciding where to entertain our thoughts
