You are missed by many

Physician, author, and world traveler, Kate Zee led a happy life filled with friends, house pets, mystery reading and exotic travels. A veteran of travel to 47 countries, she visited 21 of them in a wheelchair; including China, India, Nepal, Russia, Vietnam, Cambodia, Brazil and Tanzania. Kate's final journey was on December 2, 1999, when she died quietly at her home following her two year battle with bladder cancer. She told friends that she never wanted to be thought of as an inspiration...she only wanted to be the best person in a wheelchair that she could be.
